Dr. Krutika Desai immigrated to the United States from Zambia after completing high school.
“The search for a ‘better’ tertiary education prompted me to leave behind my family and country and make a leap into the unknown. College always has its set of challenges, but for me it was twofold since I had a new country and culture to get acquainted with and my family was thousands and thousands of miles away. I had a big adjustment to make and the challenge was tough, but the reward was well worth the efforts and Lexington, Kentucky became my new home – temporarily.”
“After graduating with my Bachelors Degree in Biology from the University of Kentucky, I realized I did not want to pursue a career in Science. It was then that I discovered Chiropractic Care.”
“I then graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude) from Life University in June 2005, and after having time to reflect, I realized that I came into this profession by accident; but it is no accident that I am here. Chiropractic found me!” After graduating from Life University, I did post graduate work and went on to become board certified in the Atlas Orthogonal technique.
Dr. Desai has seen vast improvements in patients’ health, and her own, in a safe and natural way. “I enjoy practicing Chiropractic Care and having the privilege of helping people reach their state of optimal well-being in a natural, harmless way.
